We do not collect location data, camera/microphone access, or any device identifiers.

- To provide and operate the milk management service
- To maintain your dairy business records (collections, payments, balances)
- To manage your app subscription and notify you of its status
- To allow milk suppliers (providers) to view their own records after logging in
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on our secured servers hosted in India. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database access controls, and regular backups to protect your data.
While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below and we will process your request within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may generate WhatsApp message links (wa.me) for sharing payment summaries with suppliers. These links open WhatsApp on your device; no data is automatically sent — you choose whether to send the message.
The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
6. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
